First. Please log in to your account and then click "Layout" (if you used new blogger) or click click "template" (if you use classic templete)
Second. Click "Pick New Template", you can choose which template do you like there. It's better wether you click "preview template" first and then please click save tamplate for your desired template.
There some blogs use template which not come from blogger.com, probably they used own template or come from other web. There are many situs provide free template that can be used at blogger.com, you can search it by google search.
Before do that, you should know that beta blogger is new, so if you decide to use other template which not provided by blogger, you shall have knowledgement about how to change new template to classic template. Why? Because other situs provide classic template generally, so if you want to use it on blogger.com, you should change it to classic template first. Click "template" tab, then click " Edit HTML. Then see to the bottom of page, you will find sentences "revert to classic template". Please click this sentence if you want to change new template to classic template.
